WHEN I TRY TO GET AN UPDATE I GET AN ERROR NUMBER OX8024800A. HELP

I have not been on my computer for 3 months and when I tried to my pc checked for update status I get an error code and that there is problem with the site. Can you help me with this problem. Thanks , Herb
