Hi All,
I hope this isn't considered spam but no one seems to be talking about
this program anywhere else and I really like it.
I've used Vista since it's release and I've generally been happy with
it, but now I'm used to having Wheelie running in the background and I
miss it when I use a machine without it.
Wheelie is a Vista app switcher that shows live thumbnails of your
windows that move as you roll your mouse wheel. It sleeps in the
background until you bring it up by moving the mouse to the edge of
the screen.
It also searches for images and videos when you type in a word and
roll the mouse wheel to scroll the results. Wheelie 'sticks' to the
screen if you click the mouse allowing you to move the mouse over the
image and video results and if you click one it opens a viewer window.
Pressing Esc will clear your search phrase and reset Wheelie.
It is one of the few desktop applications that make great use of
accelerated graphics cards and is also strangely addictive. And free!
