What should I do if I get a notification message that I sent a virus-infected email?

if i am sending a email then i get a notification message this virus infect email. what should i do.

It seems that we are experiencing a slight language problem.
Let me explain my earlier questions......
Who is the notification from?...... who sent you the email telling you that you had sent an infected email.
Was it your Internet Service Provider?

Did the email contain an attachment or was it just a text email? ..... I mean the supposedly 'infected' email that you sent.
Did you write the email in plain text or did you add an attachment to it?

Is my laptop is infected from virus or another problem

It's always possible, but sending an email written in plain text wouldn't contain any infection.
That's why I was trying to find out in what format you composed the email.
