Using Windows XP on a Sony desktop. The wireless connection seems to be taking longer than usual to connect, frequently not connecting at all, giving a message asking to do a repair, after doing so there is a connection. Experiencing a huge slow-down when trying to access Google Chrome and and Microsoft Outlook. I am totally computer illiterate and will appreciate an answer easy to understand. Do these problems sound like something that requires a computer tech to fix?
