Need Support...

my system specification

A- Hardware
Pentium IV 2.8
Memory 256MB SDRAM

B- Software
Windows NT Server 4.0 SP 6

when i'm installing one software and as for restart then i got a blue screen and this messages:

stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The windows subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0x0000005 (0x77f88ab3 0x0021f484).
The system has been shut down.

Beggining dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk: "start counting from 1-99
