Hi,

Is it possible to retrieve images from my laptop webcam through
TS or any Twain compatible device ?

Nope, this is not supported with Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services
(or 2000 for that matter).

If I understand correctly, are you trying to TS to your laptop and view the
webcam video/images?

Yes,
I have a build-in webcam on my laptop and would like to
retrieve those images in my app through TS.

I use a laptop that has built-in camera running Vista Business. It works.

Webcam redirection is not supported. In other words, you are not able to use
the webcam in the TS session
