Hello!
I resently purchased an Encore TvTuner Pro PCI card. Works great!
However, since I installed it, I haven't been able to use my web cam
(Logitec QuickCam Express). With the cammera DISCONNECTED, the webcam Icon
shows up in my Windows Live chat sessions. If I start a video chat session,
my webcam shows all black. When I connect the webcam, same thing happens.
I went to MyPC / Hardware to see if my web cam has been detected, and it
shows up with a yellow question mark. I tried al the solve options, but
nothing works.
Any ideas?
Best regards and thanks in advance,
Albert C

Change the PCI slot that your tv tuner card is using. You might have
a resource conflict (IRQ) since your USB ports and the current PCI
slot might be sharing the same resource.

Uninstall and then do a clean reinstallation of updated webcam drivers.
Don't take any shortcuts in the required steps for either process.
