Snake oil. Because of the sheer volume most YouTube videos are offered
at a low resolution and play at a small frame size and sub optimal
frame rate. NOTHING can add back bits once they are removed. So there
is no physical way to make a low grade video high quality. The best
way to enhance how a lower quality video plays back is REDUCE, not
increase the size of the window you play it back in. While the image
will be smaller, it creates the illusion of being sharper.
