Hello,
I have brought a Internet Security and I had an update for it today. I did the update then it asked me to restart my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Compaq Presario CQ56 laptop, and now there is this program called AVG Watchdog is doing something on it and it is blocking me from starting in any Safe Mode or Restore. All it does it does the Windows Start screen, then goes into this black screen that says "watchdog initializing" and it goes through 3 phrases then it says "Exiting" and restarts, it does the exact same thing again...over and over and over again.
I have tried to restore it, but no programs will not load. I love Windows 7 and I have a Windows 8 disk, so I tried to see if I can install Windows 8, nope it will not work. AVG Watchdog is blocking ANY/ALL programs.
How can I fix this? I use this laptop everyday for school, I can not afford to pay for another Microsoft Office program or pay for someone to fix it. Please help me!
