Want to change full computer's folder permission to default.

Hello, Few days ago I update my windows xp to windows 8 by formating. Now the divers show need permission to open. I change the folder permission by clicking on folder-properties-security-advance-permission & auditing-user name. But other user's can't open the files but I can. So is their any want to reset the full computer's permission to default so any user can use it without any harassment.
