W32time

I've just finished migrating NT4 Servers to Windows Server 2003 AD domain.
There are no more NT4 servers in the network but Windows 2003 (Domain and
Forest) still runs in interim mode.

In this environment, there are some legacy NT4 (SP6a) workstation machines
that aren't replaceable for quite sometime. Back in NT4 domain environment,
I use W32Time.exe to sync with primary time server (NT4 PDC). Can I use
w32time.exe to sync with Windows Server 2003 DC?

The command "net time /set /y" works fine if I'm logged on as a user with
permission to change system date/time. The problem is all users don't have
(and can't have) permission to change time settings. I need a service that
can sync time with Win2k3 DC.

read up on w32tm.exe
