VMWare Server 1.04 trashed by Service Pack 3 RC1

Hi,

after installing the SP3 RC1 windowsxp-kb936929-sp3-x86-enu.exe VMWare
Server (Build 1.04) was not working anymore and needed a repair/reinstall.
