Vista Windows Update isn't showing any updates that I've not installed, but Norton 360 is telling me

I've re-installed Window Vista. Performed all of the updates available, yet Norton 360 is telling me that I can't install 360 without Vista SP1. Is there a way to force a SP1 install, even though it doesn't show on my Windows Updates screen?
