Vista will not boot!

Ok here's the problem,
My installation of Vista home premium will not boot, not even in safe mode!
Each time I try to boot in safe mode it gets stuck whilst loading the driver
BTHidMgr.sys

The included system recovery is named 'The Tech Guys' And it has not helped.
The 'system repair' option cannot repair the problem and the 'reinstall
windows' option freezes whenever I click it.

I have tried neosmart's rescue disc, it said on a black screen 'Missing
operating system'. I have also tried another system rescue software named ERD
Commander, which failed to recognise my vista installation. I have checked
both the memory and hard drive for errors and they are fine. Also I have no
idea why this has happened, as the last time I used vista, I did not install
anything new.

Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Pull your "HID" devices, like the keyboard, or mouse, and whatever, one at a
time, and try to boot. There are quite a few workarounds to the lack of one
or the other, and you will find out what device is doing that.
