After the installation of SP1 the synchronization of my smart-phone (Windows
Mobil 6) with Outlook did not work anymore. The Synchronization Center said
it is synchonizing, but it was not. I left it running for hours.
I tried to fix it in small steps.
1st: delete partnership and create new one --> did not help.
2nd: repair the installation of the Mobile Device-Center via the
software-deinstallation function --> did not help.
3rd: deinstalll "Mobile Device Center" and "Mobile Device Center: Driver"
reboot install Mobile Device Center (same version as before: 6.1.6965, which
is currently the newest) created new partnership --> fixed it.
So, if someone encounters the same problem, start with the solution, aka #3.
It took me several hours to go thru this process, with rebooting several
times, playing with the settings, checking the results, etc. Wish I could
bill Microsoft for this time.
Good luck to all,
