Vista Media Centre Picture Break up

Devvers

Whilst using Windows media system the picture starts to break up weather
watching a TV program or DVD.
I have reinstall Vista which is OK for a week or 2 then starts again.

Please advise what I can do.
 
Have you updated your Graphics Drivers?
