I installed the latest drivers for my video card and it still comes up with
the same message is there any other things I could do

Hi !

I have exactly the same problem. It was not the case at the beginning but
probably installing another software on my PC something clashed it. I have
re-installed Windows Vista but yet I still go the same problem. Kindly help !

WMC then shuts it down. I can view pictures and listen to my music. It is
