Vista Media Center & QAM

Sorry if this has been asked more than many times.

Does Vista Media Center support QAM at this time?

So I have been beating my head on the wall trying to get this ClearQam to
work with my Visiontek HD600 wonder Pcie that will work under its Catylist
media software but not with Vista Ultimate MCE evan though microsoft claims
to support unscrambled QAM here is the artical I found scroll down a little
to the QAM section.
