Vista doesn't recognize SD card w/readyboost after sleep

I'm running Vista on a Toshiba P205 and having a heck of a problem
with an SD card that I'm trying to use as a readyboost device. It
works OK coming out of sleep mode when used as a regular storage
card. However with readyboost enabled Vista will eventually hang upon
resume from sleep and require a power cycle. Also, the SD drive is
not accessible upon resume.

I have installed the SD HotFix, but it only appears to have helped
when the SD card is not being used as a readyboost device.

Anyone else having this problem?

Just noticed this recently. I can eject and re-insert a different SD
Card, but the directory content stays the same - and of course any
operation on the files on the SD Card fail.

I've got a Toshiba M5-S4333, maybe a Toshiba problem?

Cheers, TC
