I recently reinstalled Vista 32 bit. It says that SP1 is installed but the update only took about 15 seconds and the computer never restarted which leads me to beliieve it is not installed. Also under the properties of my comuter is does not say SP1.
Have tried downloading it directly from the Microsoft website and that did not work either. Thoughts?
