Virus corrupted me,reloaded XP. Do I now need to reinstall all Service Packs

I had the virus Win 32 wreck my files, I have removed the virus, I had to reload XP older version.
Do I now need to load SERVICE PACKS 1,2,and 3 or will auto-update take care of any missing SP's.
