I can see thumbnail icons for my pics but I not for my videos for some
reason. I tried the options under the Folder Options with no results. Any

Hi Aruaka,

You might check to make sure that "Windows Media Player" has all of
it's default associations set to it in step 5 of this tutorial to see if
that is the problem.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Hi Visecuta,

This REG file will add Windows Media Player back for you. Just download
and save it to the desktop and right click on it and click "Merge".
Click Yes/OK for all of the approvals.

4320 < CLICK TO DOWNLOAD

What's in the REG file:

Code:
--------------------

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RegisteredApplications]
"Windows Media Player"="Software\\Clients\\Media\\Windows Media Player\\Capabilities"

--------------------

Hope this helps you,
Shawn

You may also have a problem with your codecs. You might want to search
into that and see what you come along.
