Video Card

I bought a Diamond Radeon HD 3650 (1Gig) video card and on the box it says
it supports Vista but it won't work. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
 
Go to their website and download the latest Vista compatible Driver for it.

You look for YOUR model number Video Card, which is made by THEM.
Then get the latest vista compatible driver!
