Hello,
I have a matrox parhelia 3 monitor card. It sits slightly high in my 4X AGP slot, and the screw at the metallic end wont screw all the way down. There is about 1/8" gap. There is no signal to the monitor. This card works well in another PC. What should I do? I want to get some expert advice before I try to muscle it in or break the L shaped tab on the end of the video card.

Are you sure that the voltage and speed of your slot matches what the card is expecting? There are keying arrangements that prevent you from putting a card in an incompatible slot. Breaking off the tab on the back end of the connector would not be a good idea.
