I have recently bought a new graphics card for my computer. I installed the video card correctly, and then installed the drivers with the disk that came with it. After restarting the computer, the shortcuts disappeared and my machine was saying that there was a second monitor, which I do not have. So I clicked on devices, on the right hand side (windows 8) and clicked "display second screen only" on accident. Now my only monitor will no longer display any image at all. I took out the video card, and used the I/O DVI port and my screen continues to turn on and off with no image displayed.
