Hello, I have a problem with installing ANY KIND of softwares. Ever since my
motherboard got busted by my son's BB Gun (it went through the plastic see
through shield.) and I took it to the PC place where I know some people, I
depended on them to replace with the new motherboard.
I did not care which one they put in.
As I got it back, the computer was good as new. They reinstalled my Windows
XP also.

problem is:
I put some discs in to install things like some games, and it was really
slower than usual, meaning slower than my old computer. My mouse point moves
really choppy and slow as the installation begins. It happened everytime,
with every other softwares, installation is just too slow.

any solution for this problem?

Take it back to "the PC place where you know some people" and ask them
to fix it.

And I hope you've taken your son's BB gun away from him...
