Using 'Word' forms on a mobile.

I have an HTC touch2 phone. I tried to send an email with a word attachment to my phone. The word attachment was a form with drop down lists and checkbox fields. When I received the email on the phone the Word attachment was missing. Is it possible to send Word Forms to fill and return as an email attachment?
