I can't change anything in my user accounts, opening it in Control Panel just
gives me a blue window. Its known it just has 1 administrator file under
what you told me to do.

What if you right-click MY COMPUTER | MANAGE | LOCAL USERS & GROUPS an change your accout
to MEMBER OF 'ADMINISTRATORS'?
