Recently started having problems with my user accounts with Windows XP. When
i try to access them, my window stays a blank blue eternally :(

I can't change my password or add or remove any accounts, i have ran spyware
and virus programs. Nothing seems to work.

Dreadlord,

All accounts or just one?

Maybe you have corrupted the profiles

Right-click My Computer | Properties and search for 'User Profiles' & are they known or
unknown?

I can't change anything in my user accounts, opening it in Control Panel just
gives me a blue window. Its known it just has 1 administrator file under
what you told me to do.
