You mean 'downgrade'?

The basic answer to your question is 'no'.
The sidebar is a feature of Windows Vista.
Windows Vista was released many years after Windows XP was released.

The longer answer to your question is 'maybe' - and/or - 'something like it
probably'...
Using Google to search for "sidebar in Windows XP" returns multiple
results...

G'day Ryan,
I use one of the links Shenan posted, and mine works fine
I use the analog clock , sticky notes and weather,
I tried also a few "Calvin and Hobbes" and Dilbert which
were ok, but a little tricky to install. good luck.

I use the Google Side Bar.....looks pretty much like the Vista Side Bar, and
probably contains (or you can get) more "gadgets" for it.

Reinstall Vista, obviously.
