I have tried 2 or 3 PS/2 Keyboards, and are not recognized in
the boot process so it seems the motherboard´s plug is broken.
I am using an USB keyboard , whitch it´s fine for me , but
if a need to boot from a CD or press F8 , the USB keyboard doens´t
work.
This seems to be related to windows , since if I press DEL ,
I can get into the setup.
Is there a workaround for this ?

Have you enabled Legacy USB in your BIOS?
