This problem is usually observed in PC's with windows vista operating
system.
Probably you were using an old mouse prior to installing the new USB
browser mouse.This sometimes leads to conflicts in the hardware device.
The solution is as follow:
Prerequisite:
----------------
There should be a recovery drive in your system
Solution:
---------
1)Open "Device Manager" (obtain this from control panel)>Mice and
pointing devices>right click on PS2 mouse & uninstall it.
The computer will prompt to restart.
2) Restart your PC with USB Browser mouse connected to the port of your
PC.
Upon log in ,the computer will reinstall the driver settings and
restart your PC.The USB Browser mouse should now be ready to use.
