There has been drop outs when using and Audio device via USB (and high CPU spikes during the drop outs for a brief moment.) This occures once, maybe twice within a minute. The hardware I am using is a Traktor Kontrol s4 which has a built in sound card. When I use my laptops soundcard there is no issue, but I am unable to use alot of the functionalities of my Hardware. I have seen a lot of post in the past about this issue and there was a hotfix for Windows 7...

This hotfix is the same issue I have on windows 8 but there is no download for windows 8. Is there a solution or hotfix for this problem?
