URL not found

Maryann

When I go on to certain programs eg. i-Tunes, Quick Time, I cannot gain
access to certain parts of the program as I get an error message stating
"The URL not found". Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much.
 
Thanks, but it still did not work. Not sure what to do now. I appreciate your
help though.
