All seems good.
I was testing the new uploader that was added to the latest version of xenforo. It is an HTML 5 uploader. I had an HTML uploader installed but it was only available for mobile devices that didn't support flash or for those that have flash disabled. The new uploader works for or should work for all now.

Will al the xenforo sites going to HTML 5 and finally getting rid of flash?
Yes. Flash is and always has been a security risk. It is on it's way out.
