I am using a state of Michigan software that I need to do uploads with. Every time I try to do an upload, I get a Windows error message box. I have tried turning off my Webroot virus scanning software, I added the software to exemptions in my firewall and I have tried turning off the Windows Firewall. The software company has not been any help so far.
