I am planning on upgrading my 32 bit Windows XP to a 32 bit Windows 8. I have already purchased the product key online so Windows lead me to this site here:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

However, when I try run the setup file, the first thing it says is that I do not have enough space on C Drive and need at least 20GB of free space.

It's true that my C Drive does not have 20GB of free space, this is because my current Window's system is taking up all the space, and the website said not to format the drive.

I don't mind wiping the system clean during the installation of Windows 8, but how do I start the download of Windows 8 in the first place without the 20GB free space?

Please help.

Thanks
