I am finding it impossible to upgrade my Windows 8 OEM to Windows 8.1. I have made two attempts both with the same result. The download (via Windows Store) seemingly installs after downloading and then comes up with the error message "Sorry we couldn't update to 8.1. etc.". The error codes were 0x80073B92 - 0x20009. When I clicked on 'try again' up came another error code - 0x8007652.
Having upgraded my other computers from 8 to 8.1 I made sure that all available Windows updates (including drivers) were installed, and that the Windows Store cache was emptied. (I ran into these issues with previous upgrades). Help !!
