Upgraded my SDD from 64Gb to 128Gb now it does not properly connect to the secondary HDD

Original Title;

Upgraded my SDD from 64Gb to 128Gb and had to reinstall the win8 os..


Now it does not properly connect to the secondary HDD I have installed...
It shows it is there in Device Manager and that it is functioning properly..
However I cannot access it for some reason...

I run the OS on the SSD but, run all my other programs and games off the HDD...
