Upgrade to Windows 7

I am in the near future upgrading from Win XP to Win 7. I understand I need to do a custom install involving reinstalling my programs. If I have used up my liscenses for programs such as MS Office 2007 will I have to re-purchase / liscenses of the software
to reinstall it.
