upgrade and office

Having this issue when i tried to have window upgrade"WindowsUpdate_80080005" "WindowsUpdate_dt000" and also can't open up my Microsoft office files which state:Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component 0x80070003 on Window
7.

Please help.
