updated usbview for Windows

I find that Usbview does not detect my SiS 7002 EHCI controller
whereas UVCView does. Although UVCView is a "Diagnostic Tool for USB
Video Class Hardware", it still finds all my other USB devices.

This bullet is at the above url:
"Uses the May 2005 USB.org vendor list in the Device Descriptor list"

It doesn't recognize my Olympus SM card reader...
