The problem that I am having is this; When I go to the Help and Support and when I go to windows update all I can see is; "undefined". All the updates that was installed are a zero file with nothing in them. I was hoping that I would be able to get my computer updated before the time runs out. Thanks for any help on this. Chuck I am running windows xp home. This is what I see.
