The UP by Jawbone app has just been updated to version 3.1 which adds some enhancements as well as a new Reminders feature. For people that are looking for an all-in-one app when it comes to managing health and lifestyle needs, the UP app just got one step closer to achieving that goal.

In previous versions of the UP app you could set reminders for when you've sat dormant for too long and when you hit a certain step count increment. Now the UP by Jawbone app lets you create them for other things such as remembering to workout or take medication.

If you forgot to put your wristband in sleep mode before going to bed, you can now access sleep recovery right from your home page. Just enter in when you slept and for how long. As long as you had your wristband on, your data will all be there. New Today I Will insights have also been added.

If you happen to pick up the update, let me know what you think about it. Do you prefer setting audible reminders on your iPhone still or do you prefer having them on your wrist so they're always with you?
