Occasionally my taskbar, unaccountably, relocates to the right or left side
of the monitor & it will not drag back to the bottom.

The online W2K help does not appear to explain how to unlock the taskbar
which - I am assuming - is why it will not respond to dragging.

Please advise and thanks

For anyone with the same issue I fortunately got a Google hit with the
solution:
1. click on an empty space on the taskbar
2. hold down the LEFT mouse button & move the cursor to the side of the
monitor where you desire to place the taskbar.

(I kept trying with the right button - nothing doing! Also, right clicking
on the taskbar does not pop a menu on my PC with an option to lock or unlock
the taskbar as so many suggestions advise - so that lock/unlock feature
seems irrelevant to the solution of moving the taskbar)

Moving on - Blithe
