How many tv tuner cards did you have?
Most of the time trying to install the wrong driver will simply result in a
failure or device not found message. Sometimes device manager may give you a
clue as to the manufacturer.
Otherwise open the case and look for serial numbers or a manufacturers name
on the PCB. There will likely be names printed on the chips, (by the chipset
makers). Many cards use the same chipset, so you might find a working driver
for a similar card. You might need to pull the card out to see any
numbers/names properly.
A part from giving you the advice of storing your hardware documentation and
original disks/drivers together somewhere there's not much else we could do.
