Does anyone know why I can't uninstall this? I go into Display Adapters,
NVIDIA RIVA TNT MODEL 64/Action/Uninstall, restart system per it's request,
and when my system restarts, it says new hardware found and it's the NVIDIA
thingy again!!!! I am trying to get my system to NOT come up in 256 colors
everytime I restart it, it comes up in larges fonts ect., anybody know why
this is happening? Or how I can get my system to quit coming up in 256
colors? Thank you!!!!

Have you tried the Settings tab in control panel/Display? If so, you should
probably go to the Windows Update site to check for a better driver for your
video card.

Once you reinstalled the old drivers, did you try resetting the screen
and color resolution? You should be able to now.

Get an updated driver, if available, here:
