Uninstall powershell

I'm having difficulty unstalling powershell. It's not in the "Add Remove Programs" list. I made a change to registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PowerShell\1\1033, changing install from 1 to 0 and I renamed the subdirectory Windows\system32\windowspowershell to something else. I suppose that this works but I was wondering what the right way to uninstall is.
I also tried entering the command "get-hotfix -id KB926139" I get the following:
