uninstall finally fast rogueware?

I accidently installed "Finally Fast" optimizer on my PC and now I cannot uninstall it. I ran all the usual programs to rid my PC of it (R-Kill, TDDS Rootkill, JRT-Junk Removal Tool, ComboFix, AdWareCleaner) w/o success. Would appreciate any help as I understand this is really treacherous rogueware. Oh yes, I also tried RevoPro Uninstaller which is usually successful, but not this time. HELP!
