unidentified malvware

I now have an unidentified malware screensaver when I try to open my internet
connection. My control panel has been removed. Anyone know how I can get into
my registry and try to get my control panel back? this Malware is bright red
in color and fills the entire screen but has no place to click on to download
their product. Help.

Try superantispyware free edition. It has an option to re-enable the
windows control panel if it has been disabled by malware. Probably much
easier than trying to edit the registry.
