Original Title:Folders won't open
Okay, so I click on the folder icon on my bottom bar, and it goes to a blank screen and then back to my desk top. The folders didn't open at all. No message or anything. I have to right click on the icon and then hit the documents folder. Then if I right click on any documents, pictures, etc., the same thing happens...the screen goes blank for a moment and takes me right back to my desk top. This not only happens with my documents info, but it also happens if I try to open Norton, the recycle bin, and other icons. And I cannot connect to my printer any longer. It was all working fine yesterday, so I don't know what to do. Anything I right click on blanks out the screen and takes me back to the desktop. Any folder icon I double click on does the same thing.
